Do I have to pay anything upfront?

What if I'm already working with another agent?
If you're under a signed listing agreement, we'll talk through your options — including what it takes to move forward once that agreement ends. If you haven't signed anything yet, we can usually move ahead right away.
Does this work for any type of property?
